Can’t remember if I read the book, but I’ve seen the movie.

Great choice! Personally love the book (plus anything Stephen King, really), the narrative is fantastic and the story is very compelling 🙂

I read the book prior to seeing the movie. I couldn’t put it down. I shed many a tear both when reading the book and while watching the movie. I have a very difficult time reading horror books or watching a horror movie. I I have brutal panic attacks. “The Green Mile” was a bit tamer than his other books.
It is my understanding that Stephen King’s publisher suggested he write “The Green Mile” in chronicles. I believe there were 7 in all.
I was deeply saddened by Michael Clark Duncan’s sudden passing. He was an amazing actor.
Thank you for sharing this.
Hugs,
Leah
